1. What is Liquid Art?
Liquid Art is an online platform where collectors can buy, sell, and discover unique collectibles—from vintage toys and trading cards to rare comics and memorabilia.
2. How do I create an account?
Click the “Account” button at the top of the page. You’ll need a valid email address and a secure password. Once registered, you can start browsing or listing collectibles right away.
3. How do I sell an item?
To list an item, log into your account and click “Vendor Dashboard.” Upload clear photos, write a detailed description, set your price, and select shipping options. Once approved, your listing will go live on the marketplace.
4. What do I need to create a shop?
All you need is a Liquid Art Vendor’s Account and a Stripe Express Account, and you can start listing your collectibles that you want to sell on the Liquid Art Platform. Yes. It’s that simple.
5. Are there any fees for selling?
Yes, we take a small commission of 9.5% which covers payment gateway and operational fees.
Here’s how every transaction will look like on the Liquid Art Platform:
Example:
Sold Item Price: $100.00
Shipping Fee: $5.00
Total Sale: $100 + $5.00 = $105.00
Liquid Art Platform Fee: $6.30 (6.00%)
Stripe Express Transaction Fee: $3.68 (3.50%)
Total Fees: $6.30 + $3.68 = $9.98
Therefore,
$105.00 – $9.98 = $95.02
The seller gets paid $95.02 as soon as the buyer confirms that they have received their order.
These fees will apply only when your item is sold. Otherwise, it’s always free to use for everyone.
Do note that the “Earning” reflected on the Vendor Dashboard are before the 3.50% transaction fee. The amount reflected there are your earnings after the 6.00% platform fee. Your final earnings after the 6.00% platform fees and 3.50% transaction fees will be reflected on your Stripe Express Account.
6. How do I get paid?
It’s easy! After creating your Vendor’s Account, simply connect your Stripe Express Account via the Settings tab your Vendor’s Dashboard, and get paid immediately to your Stripe Express Account when your buyer confirms that their order has been received.
7. Do I need a Credit or Debit Card to create a shop?
No you don’t. You’ll only need your Credit or Debit Card if you’re shopping to add on to your collections on the Liquid Art Platform. Otherwise, Liquid Art is always free to use for everyone.
8. Are the items sold on Liquid Art authentic?
Certainly! Before any items listed by the vendors goes live on the Liquid Art Platform, our team of experts will be reviewing and photo-matching each listings to ensure its authenticity. We will always ensure that every item that goes live on the Liquid Art Platform is authentic. We have ZERO tolerance for counterfeit and fake items being sold on our platform. That is our mission, promise and guarantee.
9. How do I buy an item?
Once you find a collectible you want, click “Buy Now” or “Add to Cart”. Payment is made securely through our checkout system.
10. How is shipping handled?
Sellers are responsible for shipping the items. They can choose shipping methods and set costs. Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped.
11. What happens if I don’t receive my item?
If your item hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, you can open a support ticket. We’ll investigate and assist with a resolution, including refunds if necessary.
12. Can I return a collectible?
Returns depend on the seller’s return policy. Be sure to review it before making a purchase. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, you can file a dispute through our support team.
13. Is it safe to use this marketplace?
Absolutely! We use secure payment systems and monitor transactions to ensure buyer and seller protection. Your privacy and safety are our top priorities. We partnered with Stripe to manage all payments on this platform.
14. Can I contact a seller directly?
Yes, you can message sellers through the platform if you have questions before buying. Please keep all communication within the platform for your protection.
